This book series is presented for primary school age girls to encourage vocations to the religious life. During the time when vocations flourished, approximately 25% of nuns accepted their calling from God at the age of six or seven years of age. These nuns were inspired to the religious life by a teacher, aunt, or cousin who was a nun; or sometimes, simply at the sight of an unknown nun walking down the street or shopping for groceries. Over this series of books, the girls will see the nuns at chores, at recreation, in the classroom, at Compline, on field trips - all the while, showing their deep love of God through their cheerful faces and their loving instructions to their students.
